静岡県富士市比奈付近であったとされる2ちゃんねる発祥の都市伝説。およびその話に登場する駅名。2004年（平成16年）1月8日23時過ぎに大型電子掲示板「2ちゃんねる」のオカルト超常現象板に投稿された存在しないはずの無人駅に降りた女性に起こった怪奇現象が話題となった。

はすみ(葉純) ◆KkRQjKFCDs』というハンドルネームの女性の書き込みに端を発する出来事である。まず彼女はいつも乗っている電車がずっと走ったままなかなか停まらないと書き込んだ。静岡の私鉄だというその電車はついに無人駅に停車した。そう、それが「きさらぎ駅」である。
無人駅であるそこに降り立ってしまったはすみさんの書き込みは続く。きさらぎ駅の周りには何もなく、山や草原が広がっているのだと言う。
はすみさんが周囲を探索すると謎のトンネルがあり、そこを抜けるととある人物が立っていた。怪しいその人物に連れられてはすみさんはどこかへ連れ去られたそうだ。
ネットユーザーたちは考察を始めた。有力な説として挙がったのは、きさらぎ駅とは遠州鉄道の「さぎの宮駅」ではないかというものだ。
もう一つの説として有力視されたのが、90年前に存在した「さぎさか駅」ではないかというものだ。つまりタイムスリップしたということだ。
しかしいずれもあくまで仮説の域を出なかった。なぜなら未だに解決していないのだから。
